Just tried Bare Bones on my car yesterday and I have to say, I love this stuff. It really leaves the wheel wells looking dark and new without extreme oily shine. You can spray it and walk away, but I prefer to wipe off the residue and spread it more even. Sorry, I forgot to take before pics, but the wheel wells were pretty bad. Below are some pics of the results. Before spraying Bare Bones I washed the wheel wells with P21S TAW and some Meguairs APC and scrubbed them with a brush, but even after all that there was still white stuff left, but the Bare Bones took care of that. The scent is great, but very strong and after a while you get tired of smelling it, but it is absolutely a great product. :headbang:

Looking good. I wish I had enough room between my tire and my wheel wells to show off just how well Bare Bones works.

I don't either, though it appears otherwise in those pics, but it was hard cleaning them and taking those pics.

    I LURVE da Bare Bones!

As far as cleaning the wheel wells on my car goes, I think it's time I start using the jack to get in there and really give 'em the once over.

I'm going to do one heck of a cleaning when I change out my rear springs.

my car is lowered, and i have no way of cleaning my wheel wells at all. no brush will fit between the tire and fender.

but i do clean what is exposed, and ive found that by turning the wheels i can get to the exposed areas alright.

LoL, my car is lowered too but it's not as low as it used to be. I really do miss when it was that low because it would hug curves like a dream!

What's nice is having the Solo 418/419 to apply P21S TAW but it's kind of a pain since I can't do the same when I use Armor All Tire Foam for the dressing the wells.

I have yet to try my batch of this stuff and I have a feeling I'll have a difficult time deciding which one I'll really like.

Thanks for the info, Doc. :)

I've tried a ton of different things on the wheel wells, and haven't found anything that I *really* like. CD-2 isn't bad, but it doesn't last very long. Same with Z16.

Looks like I better add some Bare Bones to my next CG order.
