There have been several posts recently comparing the two. Might want to try searching.

I have used both....and Zaino will far outlast JS109 ..both look good....but Z is the winner for durability by a long shot....I like the Z5 pro on dark colors and Z2 on lighter colors...

I have used Zaino a few ways also and seen no degradation of durabilty.....

used with ZFX for multible coats that day.....

used over Klasse AIO for just 1 coat that day followed by another the next day....

used over DG 501 and another coat the next day....

used with Dg 601 and another coat the next day....

used over ZAIO and another coat the next day....

used with the old Z1 bonding agent and a coat the next day.....

never seen a bonding issue....or lack of durability .......

the top durability sealants I have used and tested are Zaino...Duragloss...and Klasse combo...also a mention of Hi Temps Terminator sealant...its a nice sealant that is very durable.....

I have a few new ones on test panels now like the UPP polycharged version....a sample of the new Wolfgang V3...and a product sent to me to try....they get hit with sprinklers...washed weekly....and exposed to sun ....

The Zaino will FAR outlast the Jetseal 109. Although I like the way Jetseal looks and its easy of application and removal, Zaino has the edge by far. Duragloss comes in a close second.

If you are spending so much on a sealant, get Zaino instead. Jetseal sucks in terms of durability.

If you want the look of JS109..just use Wet Mirror on top of what ever you use...

Now I see a lot top 109 with a wax....now ...to me the polymer chemistry of 109 is weak...so what happens when it dies under the wax...I believe the wax then starts to degrade off the finish also sine it was bonding to the sealant and now the sealant has no hooks in the paint....

best to use a durable sealant under a wax..so when the wax does degrade the sealant is still some what present to keep the paint protected....

just like primer on a car..once it fails the paint comes off...

I use werkstat acrylic jett trigger, topped with 1z einszett hartglanz, and after 6 weeks of brutal heat at 90 degrees and above with a lot of humidity, the water still beads off pretty nice. werkstat is so easy to use and produces excellent shine and reflections.

just my $.02 of course. I use this on my DD.

I just tried wg v3. I applied it the weekend of May 17th after polishing the car with menz. I let wg cure for 24 hours and then top wg with fuzion.

I can say it doesn't hold up to rain. Over the last couple weeks we had two days with rain which ended up leaving rain spots that I had to get out.

I cant say I've noticed anything special in the looks of JetSeal 109 in my limited experience of it, and reports on durability are rather varied... Zaino on the other hand I would argue does leave a glassy nuance which I really like plus it has durability which knocks most other LSPs for six.

Don't forget about Duragloss 105! A bit cheaper and over the counter...

Richy..the looks of it are better..the durability is a little less..maybe 3-4 months...but its much slicker....but again it depends on the prep...and the wash you use also...

I have 2 coats of it on the neighbors Tacoma now.. its a green color ..I used Presta UCCL and UF on it..did a prep sol wipe and then a wash and the TK a day apart....its been 5 weeks now and it is still very slick .....it does darken paint a little ...makes it a deeper color...but whats nice is nothing really sticks to it....like a rain actually cleans it
