How many folks here would be in for a STL meet?

Ditto on bringing the Hitachi. I'll bring an extra extension cord as well and some halogens. I also have a Brinkmann. I'll also bring my Flex 603 rotary. I've been easing into it since BD came over to give me a crash course in it. The thing's a monster.

I've SIP'd my black mustang, but now it needs a finishing polish. Looking to try out the new 85RD on it or whatever other finishing polish people have. Then I plan on 845 topping with Souveran. Should I just bring the 'stang instead of the MS3?

lmGTO, let us know if you're gonna be able to get the '04 Goat that needs a massive detail. I'd rather spend my time on a car that needs it than finishing off my own.

 

MadOzodi: You need some glaze on that b4 a topcoat. Will give a lot of depth. How about Justin's new wax for a topper?

 

I've got some EZ Creme Glaze. I figured Collinite 845 IW would suffice without the glaze underneath if I could get the 85RD to finish down the way it should. The Souveran or Wet Obsession would just be the icing on the cake?

Hell, we can do different stuff to different panels since I'm gonna put it up for sale. As long as it looks good to the buyer!

 

I should have some 85 sitiing around. I will look for it tomorrow when I put the "goodie bag" together.
I'll see if I can find my DWG as well.

I could actually use a utility sink in my basement. That way I wouldn't have to wash my pads in the kitchen sink.

Heh, am I the only one that feel like I'm bringin a metric ass-ton of stuff? I don't even know if my Halogen lamps will fit in the back of my Mustang.

 

I think there will be enough lights.

Maybe we need a list of who's bringing what so we can be sure that there is enough of everything but not too much of something else.

I think we have the 105 covered. I have about the complete line of Menzerna. Lots of other polishes as well.

 

Well I just found out that GM is going to repaint my car on June 2nd. It might not be a bad idea to strip my car down and just apply a glaze until I can wax the car again.

 

What glaze do you want to use?

Also, my buddy (yes, I still consider him a buddy) at work thought it would be funny to sit on my hood this past friday at work. Left some nasty surface scratches that should need some help. Later that day I showed him in the sunlight what he did, and he felt really bad about it. Tell you guys the full story tomorrow. Ok, I'm rambling...
