I did get my Lexus from the Lexus dealership, but I originally wanted to purchase the Mercedez G-Class SUV but dealership didn't think I could afford it and prity much ignored my request to test drive it, my wife wasen't pleased at all and she draged me out of the dealership...shame becuase I really like those vehicles...even know I consider going back and getting one but wife wont let me, so that's how I ended up with the Lexus
Yea I know, they are gorgeous vehicles...I'll get one eventually...but wife needs to get over the whole dealership experiance..maybe I'll just go to another place to get it in a few more years, for now I'm enjoying the Lexus :thumb:
thats a good idea, i think nexttime i buy a luxery car i will check him out...... i have heard heis pretty good in terms of customer service canadian prices are alot diffrent, we get raped on cars. it was 140k after hageling it down.... i could have saved 20g if i had brought one up, the only problem is they moslty likey wont honour the warrenty yeah, bmw was like that, what a same, im the kinda guy who will never buy a car from calgary bmw becasue of how i was treated. they treat me like shit now, i dont buy later thats a good idea ketil, i wil convince him of it:applause2:
dont you worry, the car is getting a coat of vintage.. no polish but def a coat of wax... it needs to be all shiney for when he comes home, and dont wrry tons of pics
On your customer service issue, well man the whole world is going to shit.... as the younger generations are catching up and taking over positions there is a lack of interest in keeping up the great services. Down here a lot of folks are not going to mercedes anymore because they are have a great deal of issues with customer care. One thing i would truly be worried about... if they treat you like this how are they going to be after you have it? when you havea problem? Thats why I love my lexus service beyond the regular.....
I dont think that is a fari statement, its not just young people, its all people. We live in a rude world know. Heck some of the rudest people i know are in there 40's and 50's. I think there are lather social issues involved other then these kids have no intrest. good and great service are learned things, if there is noone to teach a younger generation how are they agoing to learn? we live ina world of I have the right to do what i want, its my right to spitt ont he ground, but we forget about one importnt thing.. social responsibilty. Thats what we are lacking, everyone goes its my rights but noone asks what the effects of those actions are........ but enough of my social comentary (which i could go on for hours about)....... I agree lexus has great service, my mom has a rx330, its a great suv. The service at the dealership is great. I have been very happy with lexus... but the old man wanted a benz so we looked at them
The world full of rude people is a blessing in disguise when you can recognize it and make a difference yourself. You can take the opportunity to really set yourself apart from the rest, making YOU the winner. Don't forget: people buy from people they LIKE, and they are willing to pay for it.
a lot of times dealer will look at what you drive before offering you a test drive. That's some kind of "pre-qualification" for them, I guess...
I tried to block his/her posts, but I can't, he's/she's a moderator here. On Autopia, it works like a charm.
