We are all spoiled because fill gets us our stuff the next day!

Shippng is what it is. Paul is great to talk to and is always helpful. When I order do I have to wait? yes atleast 7 days.Its always worth the wait. I just placed an order yesterday and Paul said he would get it out when he could. I am not expecting my order until atleast next friday or saturday. Unlike UPS FeEx del on Saturday.

 

It doesn't . All I am saying is it is what it is.
I like their stuff So I pay.

 

i dont care how long it takes, its the shipping that a bitch... $67 on shipping is a rape... who cares if i order gallons of stuff, that is the purpose of ordering massive multiple order is to save some on shipping... im not suggesting on free shipping just something reasonable..

 

CG may satisfy other customers but most customers arent... and CG is not consistent on their service and not up to par... sure he is nice on the phone and will even give you free samples, but did he delivery what he said? to me, not but for others yes. CG=inconsistent

 

one of the posters said Paull ships 1500 orders a day if thats the case shipping fees are quite as profitable as the products sold..its obvious he gets a discount on shipping and dosnt pass the savings on to his customers...

 

Talked to someone today because I didn't get an order number or tracking number when I placed my order. My hat and microfibers will be here on the 29th. The shipment was delayed because the hats had been sold out and they had just come in.

Ok back on topic. I guess I can't really say anything since I live in Cali, but yeah I believe that CG should pass the shipping discounts to the customers. It certainly is blasphemy, well I don't even know what it means! lol.

 

The last couple of times I ordered from CG was over the phone and to tell you guys the truth I never really saw to total till when I have him credit card info. SO really don't know how much shipping actually cost but it was at least 7 gallons so it was probably a lot. Now I don't want to know how high it actually was. :gasp:

 

Ok...I ordered some stuff to try out and I did that the 16th....I called the 22nd and it did not ship yet and was told it will ship that day...i got a notification it shipped and would be delivered on the 26th of April..well today is the 26th...I checked the tracking and seen it was still in Ca...never left....all it says is in transit and in CA still....so 10 days now and still in the CA area....wow...

A while back I was going to place an order for a few things, I think it was 1 gallon of dressing, some MFs plus a 16 oz. bottle of something, and shipping was $25.

Needless to say CG will never get my business.

 

I have a very large package coming in, ordered it 2 weeks ago from Toronto..I don't think It has left yet
