I got some wheel wax in a trade..it was a extra item he thru in..and I see why...lol...it was a bear to remove..and was put on thin...

Wheel waxes are no magic item..more of a money maker..if they are so good at protecting wheels why not use it on paint...

Any good durable sealant or wax like Collinite or FK1 1000P will work as good and easy to remove....

I tried pawning my wheel wax off on Joe P ..but he was on to me..lol....

I use Dg 501 on my wheels and AW after every 2 washes...soap and water cleans them..no need for heavy cleaners...

Agreed, no need for wheel wax type products when you have stuff as durable as collinite. The only issue may be higher temperatures on the wheels, but I've read that it's not enough to take the wax off. I usually KAIO my wheels and then top with Collinite 476S. Wheels look clean, shiny and protected.

I just got some Collinite 850 that I'm going to try out on wheels. I'll probably tried pawning the CG Wheel Guard off on someone else, lol. Actually I'll probably give it away. At least it wasn't expensive.
