Thats a subjective term relative to the individual and what you consider overpriced. I saw enough from reviews and pics to give the sample kit a go and will be trying it out next week. Overpriced to my are these so called "high end" waxes. But like I said its all subjective.

Price per application is very reasonable. Buy the 4oz instead of the 12oz if you don't want to spend as much.

DP(old or new formula), Wolfgang, EX-P, Optiseal. As for ones I'd like to try and can't comment on: Jetseal, DG 105, 4* Upp.....would love to try those 3 as I've heard so much good stuff about them.

I'ved use duragloss 105 with 601 with great success as well as zaino z5.

Surprisingly both of these systems fill everything in and only wash out and reveal the marks once the sealant has died after seven to fourteen months

    They are surprisingly resilient
Fillers stand up to a whole sealants lifespan of car washes

Can't do without UPGP. Not overpriced at all. A little of this stuff goes a long way. I have applied well over 40 layers now on different cars, and the 12oz bottle is still pretty full. This bottle will last me well over 2 years. I don't think anyone can say that about Zaino.

The only "high end" wax I've tried/own is Pinnacle Souveran paste...
Sure maybe more expensive waxes are better is term of look and durability, and take much more time/less solvent to make, but again they are expensive...
I do want to try Swissvax Concorso though...
A far as PPG, doesn't it cost $75 for 8oz? Optimum Opti-Seal is pretty much the same thing (little more streaking, maybe), and costs $25 for 8 oz bottle...they meybe added polycharger to PPG, which made it better on durability, but I doubt that it is worth so much...maybe I'm wrong...
by the way have you tried Opti-Seal or Zaino clear seal?
