What is the funcionality difference between CG wet mirror finish vs Cg EZCG vs DWG ?

I am not concerned about topping I just want to know what actually does what or do they just perform the same. I have my views I just want yours. Could you use one after the other?

i believe that EZCG has a small amount of cleaners, while the other two do not.

I thought that CG EZ CG had some *very light* cleaners... but I am sure a couple CG pros on here can correct me on this one if not

Whilst DWG has been reported to have none.

I have all 3 items...and I seen no cleaning action with the CG EZ creme glaze...it is just the same as the Danase as far as I am concerned....so they are functionally the same...

even on the CG site it says the glazes have no cleaning ability...read below...

A glaze is a polish without any cleaning properties. Glazes are used primarily to improve the shine brilliance and clarity of paint.

now the difference between Wet Mirror and EZ creme is to me the wet mirror has a bit more gloss...

EZCG can be used under wax or sealant ...its real glossy but not like wet mirror..and can be used on top of a sealant also for some added pop...

from CG site also.>>>>can be applied after polishing, or before wax or sealant.

I have used wet mirror under waxes and under and over sealants..and you can tell a difference...

I have tried them both over a wax and found the effects do not last as long as a sealant..one is a acrylic and one is a glassplexin type polymer..but Paul had to remove the Syn Glass description as it was something to do with Glare polish who uses the Glasplexin trademark...

both are great products....just different looks

Tadowww... You senor Al are correct... I thought Danase was just a tad different.

I noticed you said they were "funtionally" the same - what about *non* funtionally, like looks?

    Thanks

    Jason..

They LOOK...APPLY...and Remove the same..NO DIFFERENCE.....

Here is a Pic of the CG glaze under DG 105....

here is wet mirror under 105....it looked better in real life..I had a bad angle here...but you can see the clarity and depth it produces...

So how are the results on top of a sealant or wax for look purposes????

they look great on top of sealants...Now I found using them on top of a wax looks very good..BUT they seem to loose the look after a period of time..I just do not they really bond well with wax...it may be just me..but I find they do better under any wax than over..it retains the look longer ..

Also the Wet Mirror looks real nice as a lone topper...2 coats really does look good on just polished paint...

    CG's info>>>>>>Mirror Wet truly
SUPERIOR POLISH delivers a mirror wet finish that not only shines but also protects at a nano-tech scale by bonding molecularly to your paint, delivering a smooth durable finish that reflects light like a mirror while offering superior surface protection.

CG EZ Creme is identical to Danase Wet Glaze. BOTH have NO CLEANERS.

WMF has very very light cleaners.

I have done it both ways...hand and machine..I really seen no difference..EXCEPT by machine I use more product than by hand....with a MF pad it just glides all over the paint...once primed you use less and less each panel...

    do the whole car...drink a beer...wipe off...very easy off ...

the WMF and EZ glaze can improve the looks of a sealant....giving it a warmer deep look then using a sealant alone...

Now..I found that doing these product by handhave a better over all look than by machine..I did it both ways and by hand had the best over all look...I do not know if the pad and rotation of the machine sorta dulled the polished look from polishing it before..I used a Blue pad also with the machine whish is suppose to have no cut..but I still seen a decrease in the shine by machine over doing it by hand....

Hate to bring up an old thread but which fills better, WMF or EZ creme and do both look equal on light colors? Before applying a wax I want to use a glaze by hand. On dark cars I think im going to use RMG and for everything else its bewteen WMF and EZ creme
