Phil, what's your take on using this approach with OLD perforated leather? This is on my 1994 Mercedes E320. It's got light tan leather, with the centers perforated. I worry that the brush could knock some of the coating right off. Any thoughts?

I definitely removed some coating from the wifey's car but I think that was more to me being WAY too aggressive. All said her leather still has never looked as good.. It was extremely neglected for years and never expected perfection but this technique would have delivered if I was smart about it the first time around.

    Uncoated leathers still absorb moisture..
