Even though it was in pretty decent shape this daily driven 4Runner definitely needed some loving. It needed a good exterior polish to expose the metallic flake that was hidden beneath the built up layer of crud on top of the paint's surface. The interior required a good scrubbing, vacuuming, and some steam cleaning to break through the built up nastiness in certain areas.

    Exterior:
    Foam wash
    Clay bar
    Dried
    Masked
    Rupes LHR15ES
Menzerna HC400 on Rupes Blue Foam Pads
    Menzerna Powerlock

    Interior:
Nextzett DPC with a scrub brush
    Folex on the carpet
    Handheld steam cleaner

    I'll start with the interior.....

This is an example of how contaminated the paint was... Clay bar after one small pass on the hood:

The driver's side in the past had had some body work done. It was a little hazy and had some overspray in areas as you will see.

That clay was destroyed after that little pass. Crazy that paint came out that good
