The owner of this 996TT just purchased it recently and wanted to see about getting the best out of the paint. I knew it had some serious potential and was very happy to perform a two step correction on it to get it back to the way it should be! Rupes LHR15 Rupes Green Foam cutting pad Rupes Yellow Foam polishing pad Menzerna HC400 Menzerna SF3800 Menzerna Powerlock Let's jump right into the correction phase... Inside ready for the lighting inspection. This blurry spot here looks like it was maybe damage from the sun perhaps? It tightened up a bit. Clusters of scratches everywhere. Vent grill slats were quite faded as well. Signs of past paintwork? We will revisit this rear area later but there was quite a bit going on back here. Back to the front to get started. Good start so far! Fender before: Fender after: Cutting the roof! Before: After: This rear end was some work: Good difference on the spoiler: Not perfect by any means but a lot of improvement was made in this area: Almost done compounding! After compound but before polishing. Typical milky haze. After polishing: Sealant on! Sealant off. Time to see how it looks! Pulled out hoping for more sunshine over the house but it was still too early
