Today I washed, clayed, sealed and waxed it. A few hours after I was done it rained pretty hard. It does not looke like it affected the wax job.

If the sealent (jet seal) is suppose to last a year. What process do I go about waxing it again in a few months?

Will the sealent really last a year? It is garage kept but it is my daily driver. When it is time to reapply sealent should I clay it again?

    Thanks Chad.

Too many variables to really answer the 1yr durability question, but CG Jet Seal is suppose to be pretty good and all things considered I would say 6-8 months. In 2-3 months if you want to wax again I would just wash n wax or you can spray wax as you dry after every wash too. When it's time to reapply the sealant you should clay again to ensure proper bonding to the pain.

If you wanna have better results, try to do a one step polish before you put the sealent . Try using 205 from meguiars and the 2.0 sealent they have. That's what I use and works perfectly fine . It will give you twice the durability and if it Rains again use a spray wax.
