Aqua Bead is a fantastic product while producing awesome results with the least amount of effort.

I've used Hydr02 in the past and found it to be great. However, I did run into streaking problems when using it even when diluted up to 4:1 (Water: Product). So I decided to give Aqua Bead a go as it was way cheaper than Hydr02. After using Aqua Bead on 3 vehicles over the course of 2 months I have a good understanding of the product.

    Application

Application is a breeze. If you have used Hydr02 it's the same concept. Wash vehicle, rinse, spray on Aqua Bead, wait for about 15 seconds then rinse thoroughly with water. The rinse will activate Aqua Bead producing a very slick and glossy finish. As stated above, Aqua Bead can be used on a variety of surfaces such as paint, glass, wheels, exhaust tips, and even plasti dip. I applied Aqua Bead in the sun with the ambient temperature around 24 degrees Celsius (75 degrees Fahrenheit). I did not experience any streaking like I would likely would have if I used Hydr02.

First test was on a 2011 BMW 328i sedan that I've been taking care of since 2012 (Family member’s vehicle)

It is in pretty good condition and had a wax present. So the vehicle was washed with Meguiars Hyper Wash, clayed with a clay mitt, and then sprayed with a degreaser to remove the existing wax. After all said and done there was no more beading or sheeting present.

Once Aqua Bead was sprayed on the panel I left it to sit for about 15 seconds. Then rinsed thoroughly. The beading characteristics was very nice. Spherical and in tight groupings, just how I like it. Sheeting was also very good.

Here are pictures of Aqua Bead used on a client's F-350. Aqua Bead was applied to all painted surfaces and all glass. This saved me a great deal of time instead of applying a sealant by hand and removing. The results were spectacular. The paint was only decontaminated via clay mitt. No polishing was done.

As stated above Aqua Bead works fantastic on Plasti Dip. I decided to Plasti Dip a family members grill on their Ford Edge. It was given 6 coats and left to dry for 4 hours. Once I made sure the dip was fully dry I decided to use Aqua Bead on it. Rinsed the surface, sprayed on Aqua Bead and left it for about 15 seconds then was rinsed. It gave the Plasti Dip a very nice slick surface while adding UV protection. A solid product for plasti dipped surfaces.

To conclude, WaxedShine's Aqua Bead is a fantastic product that should be in everyone's detailing arsenal. It's cheap and works wonders. So far, it has saved me countless hours and will only save me more. To complete the entire 328i Sedan (glass, wheels, paint) I only used around 4-5 oz. Very cost effective once diluted and leads to great profit margins. Don't be afraid to give Aqua Bead a try, I'm sure you won't be disappointed!

Looks good! Great write up too!
Looks to be much like CQuartz Hydro 2.

Thank you for the feedback TFTADetail! Aqua Bead is a product designed to take on the spray-on-rinse-off sealant category like Hydr02 and Gyeon Q2M Wet coat and CAR Products Bulletproof Speed Seal. Aqua Bead is cheaper than all of the products while yielding equal or better results. I used to go with Hydr02 until I came across Aqua Bead, It worked well but had some streaking problems. Aqua Bead works in my opinion better as it hasn't streaked on me yet even while using in direct sunlight.
