Car came directly from factory

Need a bit of advice on a new SUV that I just purchased. Bear with me here...

Got a 2015 Dodge Durango (dark grey, black wheels) that I had to wait a few days for as the dealership told us that the Durango needed to be picked up from the Port of Miami.

According to the salesman, the vehicle came directly from a warehouse at the port, where he had to remove all of the plastic wrapping.

When I arrived to pickup the car, it was completely unwrapped and clearly "cleaned up" despite me telling the salesman not to wash it, not to wax it and not to put any tire dressing. My wishes were obviously not honored.

There are no noticeable swirl marks, scratches, scuffs or marring on the paint (at least not in direct sunlight) so I don't think it needs any correction.

So a few questions before I drop $$$ on supplies and begin a new project:

    1. Since it seemingly went from container ship to warehouse straight to the dealership then into my driveway...will this thing need any decon? I've got a Nanoskin wash mit ready to go. Would it need Iron X too?

    2. How can I remove the previously applied tire dressing? The tires have a somewhat greasy feel to them, even after a wash. Not happy at all with this.

    3. The wheels are gloss black aluminum, will Sonax wheel cleaner be ok for this?

    4. The seats are leather with "suede" inserts. These don't feel like true suede at all. Either way, what should I be using to
    clean this?

    1. Yes, Iron X paired with the nanoskin is a must.

    2. Try a solvent such as tarminator or a wax and grease remover like prepsol/prep all paired with a old, demoted microfiber.

    3. Sonax's cleaner is safe for basically all finishes including yours. The gloss black will get scratched easily when washing so a coating would be a great option like gloss coat or cquartz dlux or uk.

    4. To clean them try a dedicated suede cleaner such as sonax's. A APC may be too harsh.

Thanks. For the wheels, would Sonax Polymer Net Shield be a sufficient coating?

For the tires, should I spraying Tarminator directly onto the tires? If overspray gets on the wheels, will that hurt the finish (would immediately spray it off).
