    Hi guys

I been looking at all your writeups. Everyone does great work, but I feel its lacking a little in the photo department. We have a lot of close up shots of defects and close up afters, but what car are we detailing?? so hopefully this thread can help you in some way.

I do a walk around the cars and take the pictures. by doing these shots, your customers or fellow detailers can see the bigger picture of what car we're detailing. not just what defects we're removing.

here are some example of what I'm talking about

Thanks for the tips Frank. Keep em coming. I like to do a mixed variety of pics ranging from far away whole car shots, to zoomed in as well.

I'm going to be honest here, its the photos mostly. because before is taken when its froggy out ( car was fairly clean ) and afters were in 4 pm with softer sun light. The paint is metallic, so the sunlight is making the flakes pop more. both photos were graded the same way, just lighting is different. which plays a big part in photography.
