   Do you adjust the speed of your polisher when you move to do the plastic bumper caps? Up or down?

   I don't polish plastic bumper caps with a DA. Many polishes will leave residue stains on it.

   hmm. OK. But I know if you have one repainted, they buff it.
   
   So, is the consensus to leave the plastic parts alone?
