Which Brinkmann to get?

I need a light to find swirls and don't really know which to go with, either the Max fire or the Tuffmax...I don't want a head band, I know that. Any help would be appreciated. Cost of batteries isn't an issue because I don't do a ton of cars so I won't be using this all the time.

 

I have the Tuff Max but never use it. I think its about 330 lumens. I bought a Coast light that's 1,000 lumens with adjustable beam.



The Brinkmann if pretty fragile. You drop it, you broke something on it. Also, the battery connectors on the Tuff Max are poor. I constantly have to jiggle it to get it to work. I think they are mediocre at best. You never know if the batteries are dead, or the connection is bad.

 

So, you just use this flashlight?

 

What do the rest of you guys/gals use?

 

I bought an LED flashlight similar to his Coast one, though mine is a different brand and only has about ~500 lumens. It works great on dark colored cars, but I feel like I need something else for lighter colored ones.
