    Detailer's Domain: 2010 Audi S4 - thorough clean up - all in the prep

    Customer has not cleaned his daily driven S4 in months due to home renovations, work, and a new baby. Its unfortunate but sometimes life gets in the way.

    Subject: 2010 Audi S4
    Requirements: a deep cleaning of sorts concentrating on the interior.

    Exterior

    - Wheels were prepped with Sonax Wheel Cleaner and cleaned up with various brushes
    - Tires were spritzed down with Adam’s All Purpose Cleaner and washed down
    - Wheel wells were cleaned up
    - Washed with Adam's Car Wash
    - Decon with Auto Finesse lron Out
    - Wash down and rinsed
    - Door jambs were cleaned up
    - Nano Scrub AutoScrub
    - Dried
    - Tires dressed
    - Masking
    - Paint Measurement
    - Compound - Adam's Paint Correcting Polish
    - Final Polish - Sonax Nano Polish
    - Last step - Sonax Polymer Net Shield
    - Inspection with Fenix, Brinkmann, and natural sunlight
    - Wheel wells were cleaned and dressed
    - Rubber and Plastics Treated
    - Exterior windows and mirrors cleaned and sealed
    - Exhaust tips cleaned
    - Windows were auto scrubed, cleaned, and sealed

    Interior:
    - Complete interior steam cleaned
    - Complete interior vac
    - Vinyl/Plastics cleaned up
    - Leather cleaned and condition

    Great turnaround and write up, I always enjoy looking through your pictures. I like your use of the Quick Sealant on the tight spots, I'll need to look into something like that, usually I just go for a QD/Spray Wax for those areas but that aerosol can seems like a much easier option.

    Phil,

    Super clean up and documentation. What did you use on the Tips? Product and tools please. They can out great. I have the net shield already, can you tell me if the quick sealant is similar or is there a decernable difference that would make me add the Adams product to the mix? PS, if your answer is yes I am going to need another cabinet-LOL.

    I believe we used the Adam's Metal 1 and Metal 2 with steel wool.

    As for the Sonax and the Adam's, we had some around and we've been using it in the jambs etc. You can also use the Sonax with no issues in those areas.
