Sorry don't know if this is the right section but check out my new detailing video. I know there are some things wrong with it, tell me what you think I could improve on. Just some things I already know - The captions are sometimes hard to read - I did not use a wire brush on the soft top, it's a horse hair brush - Washing was done in the sunlight so potential customers could see my whole process, shade would not work for me
Excellent video. What program did you use to create the opening credit? Do you use anything to stabilize the camera during filming? The only thing that I would change is try to show the contamination that clay bar removed from the vehicle next time. This may not have been a possibility on the S2000 because it looked like it was in pretty good condition.
other than some of the captions being tough to read like you mentioned it is a great video! One thing I thought of was when showing the side by sides on the swirls and metal polishing. Maybe label each side done/not done. This way the custoemr knows what they are looking at. Us detailers know but the average custoemr may not.
Dig it bro. NICELY DONE. Very tasteful and appealing. Above recommendations are good, other than that, I'd trust ya!!
I used Adobe After effects, the camera shots were on a slider mostly(my friend's camera and slider) He also edited most of the video, the only part I did was After Effects. Your right I should showed the clay bar but to be honest I wasn't getting much out of the paint after iron-x and tar-x I wanted to increase the opacity but my friend who did most of the editing didn't really understand that message and since I was overseas for a majority of the editing process and he has a full time job I decided not to bother him to much about it. I also tried to show the videographer(my friend) the swirls but he didn't understand the concept. Actually my next video will be a little shorter because I think I will loose the client's interest after the 2 min. mark. Thanks Chase, respect that coming from you. Thanks Chas Thank you Franki! Thanks, I used Prep-Sol
That was an enjoyable video! I made it full screen at 1080p and sat back with a cup of tea....seriously... I did...I was drinking tea anyways so.....
I liked it. Other than the issues already mentioned, I noticed a mark on the car at 5:04, mud? In addition to this awesome video, you could break it down to "shorts" for each process. That way you are still highlighting everything and the customer can consume as much as they want and exactly what they want. Hope that makes sense.
THANK YOU JESUS FOR NOT USING DUBSTEP!!!!! I like this song BTW. Great work. nice focus on the use of your equipment and process.
Great video! Entertaining and informative to watch and gets the message across. Looking forward to the next one.
