Last time I used this stuff w/ a megs MF cutting pad. After every cleaning/panel, I reapplied more stuff. I went through a really good chunk of the bottle in doing so. I was just wondering how much I should be using with both a MF and regular pad?

After you prime the pad, about 4 little drops should be fine

^ This. Unless the car is hammered, you shouldn't go through more then 3-4oz at the outside.

I found that this product has good working time on the paint... however, the pad would require a cleaning before the product needed to be reupped.

Could I simply try to spritz the pad/paint w/ detail spray to liven it up?

If you are using a MF cutting pad, youll wanna brush or fluff the fibers back up between sections. You can use a pad brush or stiff bristle tooth brush on the pad while its spinning, this will also help brush off spent product. 3-4 pea sized drops per 1.5-2 square foot section should mean 3-4 ounces like 911 said.

That makes sense. Now that I think about it, I used it on both the compounding and polishing during my last detail. So using 6-8oz out of a 16oz bottle sounds right.
