Seeking advice or opinions on what product(s) to use on the seats. Seats are in like new condition as the car has approx 10,000 mi. on it.
The seats are of a tan color also. I told the owner i do some research for him before applying any products.

Never been close enough to a Ferrari to tell if the leather is coated or uncoated. If you want to keep with high end products for a high end automobile then Leatherique or Leather Masters. If you want some long term protection the Carpro Cquartz Fabric & Leather Coat has been reviewed well on the DW forum. So has the Wolf's Chemicals Nano Leather Sealant.

Leatherequi was formulated for this type of leather finish

FWIW: don't be fooled into thinking "If its good enough for Aston Martin, Rolls Royce and Ferrari its good enough for the leather in my vehicle- nothing could be further from the truth.
