What are your thoughts on this.

Also why do all of chemical guy products have those crazy warning labels on them. I just don't get that.

    Thanks,

You may get a mixed bag of reviews on this. HUGE Hype considering looks, longevity(sucks) and price. When I have used it I always had to top it with something to add to its looks. On its own its kind of bland. This said you can try (if you havent) something like Menzerna Power Lock or 1Z Glanz wax easy on easy off, looks fantastic on their own and your done.Or if you are dead set on a CG product,Petes 53 is very nice.BTW Whats the color car your working on?
As for the warning labels, just keeping the consumer informed I would think?. I am a big fan of many CG products,Jetseal is not one of them. The labels SHOULD say If you can read and comprehend our website seek medical attention immediately LOL

I love JetSeal109. That and PowerLock are my two go to sealants of choice.

Jetseal is not bad, I have some somewhere and I do use it; but like HeavyD said the longevity is for poo, but if you are like me that tops off the sealant every two or 3 monthes, its a moot issue. But if you want a product to apply and leave alone, Menzerna powerlock, and BFWD will outlast jetseal. I use those as well as Zaino Z2.
But if you really want longevity look at Wolf's Hardbody or something along those lines

Based on the hype and the price, Jet Seal is easily the biggest dissapointing detailing chemical I've purchased.

Goes on and off so easy a blind person could do both but, durability sucks

I asked about the difference between M-seal and Jetseal on youtube.

They responded that Jetseal is more durable... LOL

Durability is horrendous. That's the nicest thing I could think of to describe Jetseal. I tried it once after full correction and proper prep. I think I ended up throwing if away.

This is great information. I was planning on picking some up, but with all this I'll possibly pick up their 50/50 or Pete's 53.

I like jetseal, it is a good option for me to keep in my collection.

Is it the first thing I reach for? No.

Is it worth the price? Not to me.

But I got my bottle when CG runs their "Spend $xx and get a free 16oz bottle of anything", so since I was spending that amount anyways, for free, it is a pretty good deal!

All that being said, it does have good qualities to it and if you can get a deal on it, it is worth at least trying it out!

As for a stand alone LSP not the best. Top it w/ a nuba and works much better. My go to sealant is BFWD.

I did a 3 way test with BFWD, Jet Seal, and Dodo's Banana Armour. I appplied all per the Jet Seal instructions - 2 coats, wait times, etc. It's a red car and neither I nor my wife (who's picky as hell) could see any difference in looks. It's been a month and with nasty weather, couple washes, no difference in looks, beading, etc...yet.
So, am I a JS fan now? Well, not really, it's ok but I wonder why they recommend 2 coats, as far as price, look at a 16 oz bottle of BFWD - about the same $. Either one is easy on- easy off so that's a tie. I am leaning more to BFWD and getting some of that WOWO stuff they have, crystal something, as a once a month booster.

Forgot to ask, all that say JS sucks on durability - did you follow the directions to the letter? No offense guys, just be honest, did ya?

I have had pretty good luck with jetseal. Does it last forever. ..no but I can get a few mo ths out of it. I will be trying something new for this upcoming winter, I just need to figure out what.
