Hey guys. Just wanted to reach and find out what your thoughts are on the Menzerma Power Lock in regards to the results and durability. I'd also like to know the cure time as well in regards to layering the product if needed.

Thanks in advance for the knowledge you all provide on this awesome forum.

Powerlock is amazing. Sheets water like crazy even when pressure washing the car. I have yet to test durability as I've only applied to a couple of my friends cars but when I do maintenance washes for them, it sheets water like crazy. 2 coats spaced 3 hours apart is ideal. If your going to top it with a wax, they say to wait 12-24 hours as to let the powerlock fully cure. I personally wouldn't layer as there is no need. When applying, I usually leave it on for 30 minutes to an hour. Wipes off with ease, I can't stress that enough. Gives cars an amazing look. Check out this video by Phil so you can see what I'm talking about. Exactly what I experienced.

no complaints, Ive used it for 4 or 5 years. Its very durable, on a Garaged kept DD, I got about 4 months before it started to fail. Easy to keep it charged up with a quality QD like Prima Hydro. I usually topped it with a nuba.

Why, because powerlock to me is a very sterile looking sealant.

I have switched to BFWD, pretty happy with that. IMO it BFWD adds a tad bit more depth then powerlock. But over all pretty much the same product really, both wipe off effortless if let cure correctly.

Powerlock is my Go-To LSP. Easy to apply, beads water amazing, at least 3-4 months durability, and its pretty cheap.

Very easy to use, and i usually top with Colli 746S. Gives a deeper gloss.

I get more comments with MPL than any other product I use, I was topping it with AGHD, but I recently have just used MPL. The absolute best thing about it is that after initial cure the excess wipes off effortlessly, it has been the easiest lsp product to use that I have tried. My truck is outside and MPL has lasted about 2 months before beading begins to lighten, and will continue to partially bead for another 4-6 weeks.

I don't use any other LSP apart from my collection of Swissvax waxes. It's incredibly easy to use, looks fantastisc and sheets like a MOFO.

Again, MPL is anamazing product, applies easy and comes off even easier. I like to top it with a nice carnauba wax to give it some extra depth.
