I found this dent yesterday after I pulled into the garage last night, I have no idea when it happened or where it came from. Does anybody have recommendations on people in the DFW area that could repair this?

Pricing is going to depend on the company you go through and what efforts they have to make to access the dent, but having said that I had a very similar dent removed for $80 and it took less than 15 minutes with no indication it was ever there it's almost incredible what they can do now. I would just make sure the place you go through is reputable

Try finding a paintless dent repair shop. A little swirl removal wouldn't hurt either.

My buddy had a similar dent in his car, we just removed the inner lining of his trunk and popped it back out.

Mr. Collision in Carrolton. Aldo has an inhouse PDR guy, I've sent lots of people to him! Does excellent work! mistercollision.com

Yeah i know my car is in dire need of a detail. I went thru a spinal fusion in June and I hope that I could get back to detailing soon.

Find a local PDR tech with a glue puller. It would take me perhaps half an hour to pull that with my current glue pulling set up.

Every state/city/location is differnt, but I'd take an educated guess at between $100-$150 for that dent.

I went to a couple of body shops and said the dent is too large for pdr. Estimates range from $500 to around $1000.

Mistercollision was actually one of the places that I went to. Victor wrote the estimate up. I asked about pdr and he said that it wouldn't work.

Here is another picture. It's kind of hard to see the dent in pics...

Lol I just think I pulled the dent out with a suction cup. I'll have to take a look at in the daylight since it is no longer visible with the lights in the garage.

That's because they want to make $500-$1000 doing conventional repair instead of calling in a PDR guy and old make $30 (or so) for subletting the service. You do the math.

You need to take your car to an experienced PDR technician, not a body shop. They make money by fixing cars the old way, not my PDR. Totally biased trust me.

From experience with those guys i would say from $80-$150 tops. That is a simple fix for them.

There was still a small dent visible after I pulled it. I wound up dropping off at the dealer and used one if their tech. I'll see what it looks like when I pick the car up.

One key factor is being able to get behind the dent and how many parts needed to remove.

I got my car back today and the area where the dent was looks good. There are no signs that a dent was even there. I am glad that a body shop doesn't have to work on my car.
