If the paint surface has been completely corrected do i need to use the wolf shine & seal or can i simply apply the HB with a Uber black pad and DA?
if you have the shine and seal it's not a bad idea, if you don't have it you can do an IPA wipe down prior to hard body.
Yeah don't have the shine and seal, will the menzerna top inspection be enough? or will i not achieve the best results unless shine and seal is used?

Shine and seal is just a nice last step before HB because it is a last polish, and leaves the surface ready for HB. If the car is otherwise properly prepped, but you do not have S&S, as Phil said, just do an IPA wipe or some kind of panel wipe to remove oils, etc. and it will be ready to apply HB!
91% IPA mixed with distilled or DI water. Strong mix is 80/20 alch to water or 70/30 if your working on a hard paint finish high mix of alch. is fine
REALLY?! I remember reading that IPA can be mixed down to roughly 10%, but most people seem to mix it to 1:1 of whatever they buy as it is cheap enough anyways... Personally, I mix 8oz of 90% with the other 24oz Distilled water to fill a 32oz sprayer. That gives a 3:1 of 90%, or roughly 22.5% IPA... It seems to work really well for me, strong enough to do the job easily, yet it still helps stretch the dollar...

Does the smell of Wolf's Shine & Seal get to anyone else? The smell lingers in your nose and throat until the next day. I am pretty convinced that it makes me extremely sleepy. I always need to crash and take nap after applying it. I thought it was just a coincidence at first but I think it has happened to me almost everytime I have used it.
Just placed my order for HB, wanted to go down the DA Uber Black pad for application and suggestions/tips?
Black pad on DA speed 3 Prime the pad by using a finger sprayer on the bottle (doesn't come with one, have to find one elsewhere or put HB into a different bottle) with 2-3 sprays Apply to first panel For subsequent panels, add 2 sprays and apply
I personally don't like the "dribbler caps" (what i refer to them as) that comes on a lot of the wolf's bottle The wolfs textile sealant comes with a finger sprayer, I believe a lot of the other products should be finger sprayer by default as well, such as: HB and BW, glass guard, rim shield Maybe in future batches they will use the finger sprayers on more products =)
