I can appreciate a long cuff, but I don't see myself giving a cow a prostate exam anytime in the near future!

With the gloves from windows 101 i was told not to use them with a pressure washer so i just take them off when using a pressure washer. My wife sure saved my hands with these gloves, starting to drop to low 40's here...

All depends if you're using a 45 gallon wash bucket I guess. Or dating Kim Kardashian!

Well, I tried out my new ICE BAY NEOPRENE WATERPROOF GLOVES today and I love them. Kept my hands toasty warm while I washed a car in 40F weather. They do fit relatively snug which I like, but I found it a bit tough to spin my mitt around to use both sides like I normally do. Eventually I just held the mitt instead of putting my hand inside. The cuff was long enough to keep water out as long as I was careful. Overall, the delivered price was around $30, but after today, I have no problem with the price. Well worth it.

The only problem i have when washing is that sometimes the water runs down my wrist and flows down my forearm when I wash the roof or when i hold the mitt higher than my wrist

It's a pain in the butt especially when I wear long sleeves in cooler temps because then the sleeve cuff gets soaked by the end of the wash

Really could've used a pair of gloves like this on my last detail

My fingers were numb and my toes were loosing feeling as well

    Thanks for postin OP

I recently purchased these http://www.rei.com/product/802453/nrs-maverick-paddling-gloves from my local REI store....

they are meant for paddling...very comfortable and still easy to handle towels, brushes, etc. I could barely feel the cold water in my wash bucket. they also have an interesting cuff that creates a seal around your forearm as to keep water out.

they are a but pricey but considering i will be using them everyday in the winter, they are well worth the money. i cant tell you how many cheap-o gloves ive gone through. these definitely seem like they will last much longer.

What a great idea! I'm in. I'm going to a few outdoor sports stores next week. Will have a look at these as well. Thanks for the tip.
