There are other steps in between and to be honest I'm not a huge fan of the perfect finish it's worked on a 2 out of 12 cars I've used it on the way I wanted it to...

I have only tried it on 2 different cars and have not liked the results either.

GReat work again and thank you for the response

    Jimmy,

I am not a pro, but I have been putting my time in behind the DA so I know what type of work it is to achieve these results. I only work on my own cars so they are thankfully not as hammered as some of the pictures in you most recent posts. Can you share what type of reduction in thickness the paint/clear would be subject to during a correct like this? I mostly use M205 and a green Uber pad on a GG6" and get the results I like. Depending on time and the car I am working on I sometimes see if PO85RD will amp up the shine a bit.

I have no idea what type of thickness I am removing and I know I don't hit them as hard as this NSX so I wonder if you could share before and after readings. I really don't want to go the expense of a PTG but I might just to make sure I don't eat it one day-LOL

    Thanks for posting and sharing.

    Jeff
