I had an arrangement with another company, got sick of dealing with someones shit and I'm currently looking this week to sign a lease.

Great turn around. The neglect was another level. Do you educate the owner on what kind of damage they have done? I mean, I know you probably want them to go back to the auto wash so you can come back out and detail again, but part of you has to want educate the client. I guess it comes with the territory...you bust your ass on their car, and just prey they dont take it back to the auto wash in a week so all of your hard work was for not.

Thank you for the compliment! I do educate the owner on why the car is the condition it is in! Once my correction work is done I have someone that has their own company that doesn't work for me maintain the cars as I don't do anything other than paint correction so the clients investment is not waisted. Honestly I've corrected a few clients cars multiple times because they don't listen and it gets very frustrating no matter what kind of money your making on it.
