I just wanted to give these guys a shout of appreciation on here for their service. I ordered their machine after extensive research on a new steamer. I needed something with enough pressure in case I needed to do an exterior wash with it. While it isn't as powerful as the Optima steamer it sure packs a punch for its size and gets me through a wash (with a little more time obviously). I've been very pleased with this little guy with everything I've thrown at it. Perfect for my needs as I like to keep things compact as much as possible. Dupray also provided EXCELLENT Service, small problem that wasn't their fault to begin and they still took care of me. The guy I dealt with (Joseph I think was his name) was straight forward with me, he actually tried convincing me this thing wasn't ideal for exteriors but I still went ahead and gave it a shot. If any of you guys have questions on this machine I'd be happy to help.

Interested in how you're washing the exterior? Are you using a product like ONR in conjunction with the steamer?

I don't regret my purchase of the Hill Injection, but I've not used it on the exterior (as we discussed in your queries in past threads). Also, did you get the newer generation model Hill Injection? Thanks.

Yes I believe it is the new model, looks better then the first version I feel. I'll mist a panel with my onr (or opti clean) mix on each panel after hitting it with steam to loosen things up. Then I'll just pass over it with my steamer and a plush microfiber in my other hand to wipe off the dirt.
