Last step wipe down before lsp?

    Personally, I'd just buy Eraser and avoid the whole issue. More expensive? Sure. I just can't be bothered to dick around with it.

    100% agreed. Why change your process and deal with marring w/ soft paints (and ruining your polishing work) over a few bucks. I'm all about saving $$ but sometimes you gotta give it up :)

    Does Eraser contain alcohol of some sort? What percent?

    Not sure if it has alcohol in it. Its made by Carpro. Carpro US will have it. They are in Florida I believe.

    The concept sounds great.

    I have used Griot's pre-wax cleaner, IPA 50/50 (no paint did not swell like a balloon an explode, and IPA 25% with ONR. They all seem to work. The Griot's does not flash like the alcohol based ones so takes a little more effort to remove. I have not seen any difference in the life of the LSP either.

    I think most are just speculating about what COULD happen (extra drag causing swirls, paint swelling, etc) despite many using IPA 50/50 for many years without much negative feedback.
