You may need to talk to Chris at Optimum about replacement then. Surprised but maybe not surprised that A/G wont replace it.. :(

Chris at Optimum had told me awhile back that some of their syringes turned the product yellow - nice - and it would still work and all, but it had a yellow tint in it from the syringe.

I dont know about you but when I buy anything expensive and this product IS expensive when you consider how much you are getting, if it is not perfect in all respects, its going back or getting a replacement, or a refund.. I am not going to accept less than perfect for my perfectly hard earned $$ for the product.

Perhaps you may want to escalate this within the people at A/G or perhaps talk to Chris or others at Optimum??

    Good luck with this..

Ya. Seeing how the syringes fell right out was not a good sight. Good to hear it was fixed and give the syringe supplier a huge fine for us all would you dr g

It leaked on the plunger side, not the cap.

Ya, the issue was the rubber plunger was smaller on these syringes than the old ones but ~2-3mm, so they were really loose in the tube, and if packaged/held with the plunger facing down would just pour product right out the back. I was showing Bryan how if you held it upright the plunger would eventually just fall right out of the tube. :x Either way, happy it's fixed!

Just found this thread. Mine is having the leaking syringe problem too. As this is my very first syringe of Opti-Coat, I did not know what to expect - I figured it was normal to have *some* moisture on the syringe - that's why they put it in a bag... But when I saw how much was in the bag after reading this thread, I seem to have the same problem. I will email Chris@optimum to see if he can get this resolved for me.
