Is CG Total Interior Cleaner JUST a cleaner?

Do the product give some shine og protection?

Can CG Total Interior Cleaner also be used on the exterior?

Yep it's a cleaner, I use it on carpets and cloth seats. I mixed it up according to the bottle and to remove heavier stains I think I am going to mix up a stronger batch and try it out.
