I ordered some products from Martin and we had trouble with the postal service,I called martin on a Saturday and he called me back and told me he would ship another order out right away. Not worrying about a trace. Cannot say enough about that for service Not only are products top notch but service is also Mike
I agree! I have always had pleasant dealings with Martin. He is a top notch guy and one of the reasons I continue to order from him(the products rock also)

same here Martin is a great guy and stands behind his product he sells. He notice my Desire wax sticker is peeling and offered me a replacement...who does that?!

Glad someone started this thread! Martin is an A1 seller. His customer service is second to NONE. I have had exceptional service not just purchasing Auto finesse products, but even with his personal sale, he strives at all times to make sure buyers are not just satisfied but HAPPY! Hells Yes! UI dealt with Martin for the 1st time and all i can say is WOW! Simply put . . . . . excellent customer service, verym prompt returning messages and super quick shipping. I even got a couple of sweet extra goodies from him too! Did i mention he took care of shipping for me as well and it was not cheap! Thank you very much Martin ! ! !
