There has been quite a frenzy with the release of the BRZ and it's sister car FR-S. And by sister i mean brother... Sibling... You get the picture.

:applause:, the owner was looking for a detail above and beyond what he could find from a random local detailer. We mutually decided a full correction would be in store and since it was the beautiful deep metallic blue, Aquartz was the only way to go to get the paint to really pop.

Fortunately, the owner was able to get his hands on the key's before the stealership detailers got their hands on the car. He told me he was walking to the car while they were about to drill the holes for a front license plate mount.
    :yikes:

The 6 speed with red contrast stitching and flip switch controls combined with it's stance makes you feel like your sitting in a $30,000 cockpit!

Exterior decontamination started with Sonax, then a complete citrus wash to remove any residual glazes, waxes etc.

Now onto the correction. Tapelines, bird etchings and various defects were scattered throughout the paint surface as would be expected.

Correction finished, 3 IPA wipe downs later it was time for Aquartz.

Aquartz was applied in two separate layers, approximately one hour in between each.

Unfotunately the sun decided like it was not a good day for me to take final shots.

Nevertheless it made for great conditions for reflections shots, Enjoy!

Tim utilized "Paint correction cream" what else............... lol. Hamza I saw you had me on a list of guys who use opti-coat and I appreciate that, but I use AQuartz as my "Go to" coating. Great job Tim!!!.

Yeah I'm going to take you off that list and put you in my other list of paint correcters. The customer I tell to talk to you probably can't even afford your appointment.
