How many more sites do you need? There is another one, "604autocare" but they overlap in a lot of the items they carry. The sites you listed carry the majority of items the American retailers have as well.

The amount of steps is determined by the condition of the paint and what you're looking to achieve. Are you detailing a weekend car or a DD? What type of buffer are you using? How much time are you looking to put into it? In order to answer your questions, we'll have to ask you a few to find out more about your situation.

I find that many of the sites that ship to Canada offer a great selection and pricing but the duties at the border always frustrate me. In the past I have made my large orders from US suppliers, had it shipped to a UPS or Fedex depot, then imported the order myself. When they are choices like Eshine though it almost always makes more sense to order from them and save some time and hassle of the border.

Are you looking for better pricing and/or selection, or just wondering if you missed a major supplier?

As for the sites, many of them offer free shipping if you purchase over $150. A situation would be where autowerkes carries raceglaze while autoobsessed doesnt, or Autoobsessed carries SV while autowerkes doesnt. In a nutshell im just loooking to avoid paying shipping fees, nothing offered local.

I'm just looking to this for fun, def not looking to do this full time, as i still have a lot to learn before i could ever think of doing that. Havent purchased a buffer yet, but im pretty set on getting the Flex Polisher. I mean im planning to start on my car, as i get time ill do my parents. Neither of them take care of their cars quite like i do. they maybe wash it once every couple months. Ideally i would like to use their cars to learn. Time doesnt mattter, just looking to learn what to look for and everything when detailing.

How about adams polish Canada? They are located in Winnipeg and are also members on this forum, they offer free shipping over $99 I believe.

I too am like you, just starting to learn and looking for different places to buy "boutique" products to try out mostly on my own cars and my parents. I however have also been looking into what types of OTC products are readily available that are good products to start with.

I've used eShine, AdamsPolishes Canada, and 604Autocare all with great success ... can't go wrong with any one of those 3 ...
