Hello DB, I had a question for you guys. Does it annoy anyone else that the LSPs on the top body panels (hood, roof, trunklid) lose the beading MUCH quicker than all the side panels? I understand that it's mostly due to exposure to the sun and perhaps heat from the engine, but what do you guys do to solve this problem? Just add more layers every month or so on those panels? I use Wolf BW, Collinite 845/476, AG HD, and BFWD and they all have this issue.
No, I just reapply.... On my cars I have just come to that realization and layer it up every other month, No skin off my nose really, and its not a big deal. and yes it is due to the direct exposure to the sun, and the fact the motor gets hot. People get caught up in durability which is totally laughable, I understand in the winter yes it is a factor, but really.. Spring summer and fall, how hard is it too top it off, and just extend the life of the protection? Especially here with some of the insane collections of LSPs people own, it should be enjoyable to add more, or switch it up.
