I started a thread a few weeks back about wax sweating in the sun.

This is something I don't mind personally on my own car, as I know the next wash will fix this issue, but I wouldn't ever want this effect to happen to a client after delivery...they're not going to know about wax sweating, all they're gonna see is a hood that looks all hazy and they'll likely be turned off thinking our whole process "messed up" the paint. I just want to avoid this 100%

So, for those of you who are professional detailers, and use Swissvax on client cars...how do you guarantee that the wax won't sweat in the heat after delivery? Do you always let it sit in the sun for 3 hours and then rewash? (If I let cars sit outside in my neighborhood, they collect a lot of dust, I wouldn't dare just wipe down),

I don't apply in hot surfaces....in garage and I buff completely, I've tried the chilled water wipe down....still always hazes in the sun....

just didn't know what the pro tips were.

So, it South Carolina the culprit? Surely Georgia, Florida, and California have to experience the same thing?

Glasur does sweat ... you will have to do a wipedown with cold water and/or field glaze. Nice wax, but it wasn't worth the trouble.

I'm just in unbelief....you HAVE to think swissvax would know this happens....and also, why would so many detailers use this if this always happens??

I feel like there's lack of people who share the same view as me, but it can't be only be happening to me.

Thing is, swissvax glow is so superior, I can't stop using it.

Most pros that would use SV here...... they are probably keeping the car longer than a day to complete the detail, so post wipe down after the wax has been applied is probably not an issue. Plus I'm sure this issue is discussed with their clients in advance, so the clients know it will take longer for them to get their cars back.

If there's one person who would know exactly how to answer this question it's Scheerspeed. He doesn't post here as much anymore, but I'm sure you can still find him and send him a PM on some forum or social media. He almost exclusively uses Swissvax.
