The suggestions box

This is again something we do on all the forums we participate in, as a customer focused business we want to know what you think and we are interested to hear any suggestions you guys might have for Auto Finesse, from what new products you think we should try to make, to the way we deal with enquiries or answer the phone. We want to focus our products around the people who use them, so if you have anything you would like to see us do, or do better, we are open to suggestions both good, bad or indifferent.

Post them up here and we will see what we can do, or do better.

I was just browsing your US site a little, and noticed that it doesn't say what size some of the products are (i.e. wax, sealant, glass cleaner.)

Not trying to be rude, just something I noticed.

 

The waxes are 200ml. I will edit the site now thank you for pointing it out

 

maybe you can convince phil to sell the stuff on on detailersdomain? :thumb:

Updated the "store" portion of the site to show the sizes. The "product" pages do not list the sizes. We can change this to help of course.

 

Thats the sort of thing we are after, see its all to easy to overlook something so simple but so useful like this when you build a website.

Not taken as being rude at all, its very helpful and something that will be acted upon.
