I recently got a gallon of final inspection and on the jug it doesnt tell you what dilutions to use. For those that used it before, do you use it straight up without diluting? How about for clay lube, do i need to dilute it for clay lube?

Straight. I don't think that product is a concentrate. Of course you can water it down to your needs if you like.

Right, it's not a concentrate; mist on, wipe off.

So even if i used it as a clay lube, i shouldnt dilute it? I was gonna try to dilute it 1:1 and see how it works.

I do this all of the time with great results. I use #34 because I can get it locally. 1:1 is a perfect clay lube dilution. It is better than ONR or any other clay lube to me for the price.

Yea usually I have been using ONR as clay lube, but IMO it is just terrible at it. I use it at QD strength and I find that it is still no slick enough so that it leaves clay smudges all of the car after clay.
