I placed an order with these guys last Tuesday after regular hours thinking it would ship on the following Wednesday but it did not. Called numerous times daily and sent a few emails and got no answer/reply. Today I get a shipping confirmation from them with a tracking number. I put the tracking number ins usps website and it says it has been delivered December 7, 2010. I also called again today 2-3 times and no answer, should I just call PayPal up and block/stop payment?
That has to be the wrong tracking info they sent you. Call Autopia and they should take care of you unless they have a Detailfest hangover.

I understand your pain ... had a billing issue during a sale event a few months ago. I called several times and no one would pick up the phone. Contacted Angelo and he was nice enough to point me to the right people, but I never talked to anyone on the phone. Received an email a couple of days later that my billing issue was resolved. Hope everything works out.
Their customer service is just brutal. Got a reply two days ago with only three words "its on its way", never bothered to answer any of my questions. Second email again never answered my questions and showed me the status of my package. I registered on there forum last week but an admin has to approve before I can post and looks like that is not going to happen anytime soon.
I have not had good experiences at Autopia. As far as a forum goes, DB is the place to be, the community here is unparalleled.
I had posted "Who is this company", but then did some clicking on the site and see it is the "Geek".................................what a suprise that there would be a problem as I chronicled this in a earlier thread about what vendors need support and others.............. Cannot understand why there is so many issues with ordering and getting products shipped from the "Geek" as the operation looks first class and is huge(Went to detailfest the year before) maybe they just cannot get quality people in those departments, this is just like detailing....................the more production you do the quality gets watered down bigtime.

From what I know its under the PBMG umbrella (like a lot of things seem to be), its basically Autogeek, but instead of only being able to talk about products sold on Autogeek, Autopia allows you to discuss any and all products. Basically the same forum, products come from Autogeek when orders are placed and so forth. Edit. I had no idea there was a different Autopia until I just saw D&D's post. Confusing for sure, my gripe was with the one under PBMG, not the .org Autopia.
Gotcha, sorry for the ignorance in my original post, had no idea. But I hear ya Bob, you would think with such a large operation Autogeek has going that the efficiency and attention to detail would be amped up a bit.
I order from Phil 99% of the time. I wanted to try the IronX paste on some trashed wheels that the Iron Cut did not fully resolve. Its not worth the Hassle. I was told my order would ship next day. it did not. Customer service took a full day to respond and i was toild it shipped finally. Got the FedEx number voa e mail and it was initiated but not picked up. It is really not worth the hasstle. Phil has SPOILED me with service. PHIL-Please get IronX paste and I have no reason to go anywhere else! I will let you know if the product works as good as the video. On a side note, Phil's advice and product reccommendations have always been spot on. Autopia is a mess, I even called the wrong place to check onmy order and was told I ordered form the sister company call over here ..... I am not a fan. I am not sure who I ordered from even now. Went to Autopia-Carecare hit store. Who is that? Thougfht it was the old TID. I wanted my stuff for the weekend. They did say they wold refund the shipping but Like I said, I wanted to use it this weekend. I cant stand looking at the baked on black crap on the rims! OCD is torture! Have a good weekend all. Jeff
