I ordered some Glasur from Zymol's website about 2 weeks ago. They already charged my card, and when I asked for a tracking #, they sent me an e-mail claiming that they have been busy, and my order is in que-que. LOL.

2 weeks, card charged, no tracking# and poor customer service. No wonder I do most of my business through Phil.

Actually PD sold out all his vintage and and royale stuff. they would not refill his jar so he sold his remaining wax of royale and both jar of vintage and royale.. I got very close to buy the royale jar and one container of royale but I then said to myself.. paying 400$ just for an empty is quite stupid.. even tho, it used to contains a 8000 $ wax

$5800 wax not $8400 lol. its on sale now.
i thought about getting but thought the same thing. did you get wax yet?

im sure paul would know they would not refill his tubs. its for personal use only not for detailers but then with prices he charges im sure he can just buy new once everytime

That the thing I dislike about zymol.. at freakin 6k.. detailer or not, you do refill the jar, no question asked IMO.

At that price I am surprised Zymol has any left on their shelf. Zymol certified detailers receive free wax refills for life.

Do I have to remind everyone that it's WAX. I'll teach you how to polish for $5000. You'll save a few grand and be able to use Turtle wax if you want.

What keeps someone from buying some and parting it out if you will, then just refilling it every other month or so.

Zymol does. If they judge that you use it "too quickly" and have doubts about you selling it to others, they won't refill it for you.

Carnauba isn't that expensive at all, we import barrels of grade 1(Brazilian china's stuff is of poor quality) carnauba for wax manufacturing (waxing salons) along with all the other oils we will need to make for under ($2) for 450mL...it's just the number % carnauba (by volume) you use the harder the wax get's to apply and remove so the trick it to have a high carnauba percentage plus make it malleable to spread on easily and take off easily that where the special Zymol chemicals are added. The higher the carnauba percentage the longer the wax should last theoretically but in that case opti-coat should be worth 1,000,000 theoretically:giggle: Guys it's really not worth it, that is if your looking for a deal but if it gives you a warm fuzzy feeling then maybe it is. I will not get it until I use two 24K gold bricks to jack off while wearing my gold rimed monocle

<<<<This guy will never pay more than $200 for any wax! Period! There is simply no justification in the price they ask and I'm baffled at why people spend that much more for the same raw ingredients. Actually, I'm not sure I'd even spend $200 again...

its back up at regular price. For most of us, it's expensive but let say for guy who make 20k a day... it's nothing.

However, Ive read couples reviews saying folk prefer vintage over royale.
