Thanks everyone, it's reassuring to hear from fellow detailers that I'm doing something right? (Rather than bash on one another like a few people on here are doing, but they don't do it here and tell it to my face and let other detailers to see. Rather, they do it on nagtroc among people that haven't had a CLUE about detailing and what it involves) nyrep1: This car belongs to leaveit2bevo in that thread.
Thanks! And someone still insisted that I did not get "correction" over the car. Rather, I merely did an "enhancement detail" to it.
i love this forum and the detailing community as a whole but there are those around who think only they have been blessed with the ability to properly detail a car...as long as you know you did good work and the customer is happy....
Thank you, I've spoken with Richard @ Blackwow regarding this topic (Since Prima's website classifies it as being a glaze), and seeing how Richard is one of their distributors and also uses the Prima line extensively, I did ask for his opinion before buying, I don't remember his exact words but he did assure me that Amigo is a LSP.
Amen to that, the customer was ecstatic to see the end results, then proceeded to tell me the last 2 details he had gotten "Didn't do a thing to remove swirls" (Sad thing is he paid the same amount to the first detail as he paid me, I guess the first detail really was just an enhancement detail. And yes, some people thinks anything less than 2/3 steps is not considered to be "correction", even though I did not claim to have fully corrected the paint and made it 100% flawless.
