sorry no pictures but i wanted to post some observations after using this product. first my previous go to lsp was bfwd and mpl. well i was not impressed with my first application of wolfs it was not overly slick and seemed to haze alot more then expected during application . i also remembered it got wet about 2 hours later. any i washed the test vehicle (white chevy tahoe ) with dawn and apc and repolished. 2nd application i made sure vehicle was very dry and did the first coat which still hazed but not as much and i also did not rub as long. waited 2 hours and did a second coat....now it was super slick. not the it feels like something soft is on the paint you get with power lock but almost like a new marble or granite countertop slick but very hard. the 1st wash was 2 days latter and i wanted to use something basic not opt as i usually do. so i used some meg gold class. excellent beading rinsed very easily. the vehicle did not have any dirt on it for me to notice how it releases dirt. drying was the easiest i have ever seen 95% of the water sheeted off . i went to a peak mf drying towel and with one wipe it was totally dry with one pass. and after about 1 hour after it dried i felt no change in the initial slickness 2nd wash was 2 weeks latter and same results as before no change in beading or sheeting ...slightly less slick but still excellent. the car sat overnight at a friends it is usually garaged each night, well it rained the night before and all the water ran off the sides and what was on the hood was beading in huge tall beads and you could see the trails from as the beads got to big they slid down. 3rd wash was today so about 4.5 weeks after initial application. still beading great i swear it actually sheeted better but could be in my head drying went the same and a slight reduction in slickness but still better then any other lsp i have used after the 1st wash now here is what impressed me the most in 3 washes and 2 rinsing there are no ...zero marring on the areas i applied the sealant to . i purposely tried to induce some marring using my sheepskin mit and peak drying towel. now i did not use a dirty mit or anything like that but i was careless and did not use the 2 bucket method.... overall very impressed. i also used it on 3 clients cars and will report back as i see these cars again
It's been about a month since I used BW on my brother's car for the first time. My first application went fantastic. I literally got no hazing at all. Probably due to a thorough apc wash and wipedown afterwards. It's been on the car for roughly a month now. There has been salt on our roads for about 3 weeks already. Most cars look white. Yesterday morning we took the car out to run some errands. It had a slight layer of ice on it from the cold night. After the ice melted, what remained turned into perfect little beads of water. I swear, I have never seen a car bead water when it's covered in dirt and salt. I haven't washed it since the BW application. Previously, I'd only use 476 in the winter, but as soon as the car got a little dirty and got even the slightest amount of salt on it, the beading would greatly diminish or altogether dissapear. I still can't believe the BW product. It's almost surreal.
I have it on my car as well right now and its been 4 months strong. all i have been doing is washing every 2 weeks (or trying) and maintaining with Wolf's Nano QD and Wolf's Nano Shampoo
How's it holding up. Wondering since you are using a regular shampoo which apparently isn't recommended.
Dumb question....is there really any point in using the shampoo and whatnot? I've seen in a video that there was dirt on a white car that had the body wrap on it and the dirt just rinsed right off without any soap needed... I know it's a dumb question but i'll be buying this stuff soon and trying to figure out all what to get. Oh, not trying to jack the thread by the way lol.
Well you definitely still want to use shampoo. Water alone is not going to get all the dirt off, even with a pressure washer.
