Love bugs still there... or are they? Getting it under the lights, I realize I have my work cut out for me. Turns out the damage is past the clear and into the paint, nothing I can do about it. Swirl City Claying the car ... holy crapola Another one bites the dust The love bugs didn't prevent me from preparing an arsenal for my onsalught: Menzerna Power Gloss with Uber Yellow and 7424xp after about what seemed like an hour 50/50 close ups Bug damage is through the clearcoat, and cannot be fixed The rest of the car is surprisingly in great shape. Menzerna Power Finish and Uber Orange pad, 2 passes on most other panels Driver's door 50/50 Before After Before After Finished up with Menzerna PO106FA with Uber Blue Wheels were IPA wiped then treated to a coat of Adam's Quick Sealant. Cure time 20 min. Adam's Brilliant Glaze hazing over Finished with a coat of Adam's Americana on this metallic black car Wheels dressed with Adam's Super VRT, 1 coat Hood Reflection Notes: Adam's Super VRT on all trim Adam's In and Out Spray on front grille areas Interior cleaned with Adam's Leather and Interior Cleaner, followed by Adam's Leather Conditioner Floor mats removed and washed with Adam's APC and Fender Brush, dried by Metro Sidekick Thanks for looking!
