I don't think so . I have used both and they are pretty much identical from what I can tell.

I can't tell a difference between the two. Wolf's Decon Gel has the most general cleaning power, but has the longest working time. If you just strictly want to clean up iron, then Iron X is the way to go (regardless of AQuartz or CQuartz).

Quick question for everyone. I do not have to use any certain LSP after using an iron remover, correct? I was going to use ironx by car pro, but am not planning on using cquartz when I am done. Thanks.

You do not have to a certain LSP afterwards. You are just dissolving the embedded iron in the clear coat that claybarring can leave behind.

For those of you that like the Wolf's Decon Gel because of it's thicker gel consistency compared to the Iron-X/Iron Cut which can be very wasteful the way it runs right off the paint, I have been adding about 1 oz of the Iron-X gel to each 32 oz bottle of Iron-X that I pour from the bigger jugs. It will have a much thicker consistency with little run-off. The Iron-X gel will also make it more powerful.
