Hey Guys and Gals i want to get you all's opinion. I have a ar112 pressure washer that i just purchased when my husky finally died earlier in the week. I like the ar112 pretty well. However a karcher hd575s has just come up for sale around me for the same price as i paid for the ar112. The 112 is 1600 psi max 1.6 gpm and the karcher is adjustable 250-1000 psi and 0.6-2.2 gpm. The karcher is similar i think to the ar 600 series which are more professional grade.I cannot find that many specs on the hd575s i think it's a older model karcher. Which would you guys choose and if i got the karcher would the 600 psi diffence be that substanal considering the gpm differences.

I have the AR610, which is a great unit. Mine is adjustable, which is a nice option too. I guess it depends how much power you think you will need.

    Thanks Kody,

I went ahead and got the hd575s. Definitely the best choice. The guy i purchased it from happened to be german and actually worked for karcher for 25 years lol. Unit actually is rated for 1400 psi max and pulls 17 amps. I got home late tonight but def testing out tommrow evening when i get off work. Tried it before i purchased it and def felt like more than 1000 psi lol. For all of you that care here are some pics, this thing is heavyy weighs about 37 lbs,but the small foot print is super great since i do my detailing out of a volvo 850 turbo wagon lol

I have a karcher hd525s. Had it for 4 years since new. Not 1 day of trouble. Got a great foam lance for it. The foam lance is kool but I don't use it unless the car is trashed. When I had a black car I used it more.

The karcher hd 500 series has brass pump heads and commercial plungers. The only thing even close is Kranzel.
