Recently completed maintenance detail on a regular customers (now track delegated) GT3. Forgot my camera today so these pictures are form the visit before. Before condition is always about the same. Detailing this car is like a love hate relationship. Love it because, well, the obvious....it's an awesome machine. Hate it because detailing the interior can be one PITA, literally and figuratively. Trying to contort myself around the roll cage to vacuum, steam carpets, and clean rear window can be quite uncomfortable, and I'm not even a large person. Car has some pretty cool features, roll cage, cool shirt air and water system, camera mounted on roll cage, GT3 Recaro racing seats, 5 point harness, lowered a bit I believe, not sure what's done to it mechanically. Basically was driven frequently on the road until mods started to pile and it wasn't so friendly to drive off the track. Process: Interior Carpets, dash, seats, blown out with compressed air Vacuum with a small detail for areas such as dash buttons, vents Wiped down - OPC dilution Suede (door inserts, steering wheel, shift boot, center arm rest) cleaned with LM Foam Cleaner for Suede Windows cleaned with light ONR dilution Carpets steamed Exterior Wheels - Sonax FE Cleaner Tires and wheel wells - OPC dilution Wash - ONR Clayed - Griots yellow clay and ONR clay lube dilution Engine and front boot plastics - steamed then treated with 303 Protectant Door jams - steamed with a little help of some OPC, followed with Reload Wheels - Reload Paint and glass LSP - Menzerna Powerlock Exterior glass - Aquaqax Exterior trim - protected with 303 Protectant Customer doesn't like tire shine for track purposes so I just did a light hit of 303 protectant Pictures: Thanks for looking!
