Meguiar's DA Microfiber Compound D300

how is this compound with there microfiber pad? And can i finish it off with the Menzerna Final Finish PO85RD with the meguiar's microfiber finishing pad?

 

Do a quick search here and Autopia, you will find lots. Finishing down is paint dependent but "yes" in short, the D300 finishes lovely.

 

For the "average" guy, the D300 can finish down LSP ready. Using a finishing polish after will add more gloss, but you'll be amazed at the gloss D300 leaves.

Here are some pics of a Shelby I just did with the Megs D300 last weekend. Very easy to use, low dust, didn't polish just Megs # 26 as an LSP.

 

Very good compound. I just finished up a Corvette with the D300 and finished down real well. I have a few spots I had to go to 105 but the d300 worked about 95% of the time.

 

What speed do you use when using the D300 and the microfiber pad?

How long do you work it for!

 

For the 300, 4800 OBM is recommended. For 301, 3800 OBM.
