Big day in my life. I just got the keys to a townhouse I'm renting. Complete with an attached two car garage. My Rabbit has had to sit outside almost its whole life. Fortunately, I'm getting married in October and needed a place to stay. Found this townhouse listed and will be moving in pretty soon. I stopped by today to check it out and pull my car in for the first time. :headbang:
Looks great! Very well equipped too. I love having a garage to work in when it gets hot. Especially being a 3 car garage so my car can sit there while I'm doing people's cars and be jealous. :giggle:
Thanks guys. I'm pretty excited too. I need to throw away those mats and runners on the floor though, they are collecting moisture and smell. Here is a pic of the inside
Bump. Fiancee was in town (we live long distance right now) so we got some stuff done around the place. Purchased some home essentials, barstools, bookcase, TV, AV receiver, painted a few select walls in the living room grey instead of the puke colors before, and removed the mildewy carpet runners in the garage. I just realized there is an additional four foot dual-fluorescent light in the middle of my garage. I'm really happy this place already has awesome lighting compared to my rents dimly-light garage. This will enhance correction work quite a bit. No other furniture yet - still deciding and waiting before we drop a ton of cash on more stuff. All garage lights lit (Dad is storing his (non-daily) car here temporarily). Center flourescent lit.
Looks like a really nice place! And garage looks to be a great starting point. Wish I can get a place like that.
Looks very nice, both the garage and your place. I was so happy when we moved and my car did not have to sit outside in the winter and the scorching heat of summer. Congratulations!!
Very nice place !!!!!!!!!! granite and crown molding.........but the most important room(To you of course) is the "Garage" this place in my neck of the woods would be close to a million dollars to buy and $2,500-3,500 to rent easy. Congrats on getting married as well!.
