I have a client who is pretty anal when it comes to rubber door trim, i currently use Gummi Pflege. Any favorites that you use or recommend ?

I use Poorboys Trim Restorer. I find that if you dont let it soak up, it will put smudges on stuff.

    I don't think you'll find anything better.

SilGlyde is a good choice, but it must be wiped dry or it attracts dust.

NuVinyl (yes, on rubber) is also a good choice. Don't judge it until you've tried it.

Gummi is great stuff, I also use CG VRP. There is a product Honda makes that apparently is amazing at keeping up seals. I've yet to try it, but I want to. I'll look it up again.

EDIT: It's called Shin Etsu, Honda part #08798-9013

I've had great success with Einszett Gummi Pflege Stift (Rubber Care Stick) and Einszett Vinyl-Rubber Care and Protectant Tiefenpfleger - This is a 500ml bottle with a sprayer.
The original BMW Gummi Pflege in a tube was the most perfect product, except they quit making it.

Another vote for Gummi Pflege, the product is really good if you can get the product to come out consistently due to the gravity pour.

Duragloss Marine & R/V Protectant #531 seems to be a great product.

Hi Darren, sorry for the late reply :(

No, I have not tried the 1Z Pro Line Vinyl Gel - sounds like a great product, like all their others though..
Thanks for the tip - I will go see about getting in line for this too !
